DUI with 0.20 B/T dismissed. Defendant stood to lose his license for a very long time.

September 2006, in the Markham courthouse in Cook county, my clients 0.20 B/T DUI was dismissed. D.C. had a prior DUI and was ineligible for supervision. This meant if found guilty at trial, he faced semi-permanent loss of his driving priviliges.
